Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.

Fibre in same as sold condition can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Please include the original sales receipt.

In the event that we make an error filling your order, following confirmation of the error, we will cover the cost of your returning the incorrect articles to us, and will cover the shipping cost of sending you the correct articles.
